Last year at ISPO, Ride blasted the industry with its 06/07 bindings range. Light, comfortable, with hyper sophisticated aesthetics, there was a real gap with what the other brands were offering. Even Burton was suffering the comparison!
However this year, the bindings seem more “in the trend”. Seems like everybody worked hard to close the gap. And probably the guys from Ride spent more time and energy drinking all the cans available on their booth (take a look at the pics, in the background) than developing new and original products! š

Ride, for me, produces the best bindings! I ride the LX (05-06) and Tomcat flight series (05-06). Great products and I love the ratchets. And yes, go aluminium and save the plastic for dildos š

Any more photos of their board lineup? After suffering through their ‘revolver ratchets this year on the Ride BETAs I’m giving up on their bindings for the time being. I still love their boards though. Any full photos of the DH front and back? How about the Society? That boot in the first photo looks interesting…

I have the Alpha Movement bindings this year and I’m quite happy with them. The buckles are not the best but they work okay once you are used to the way they release… and the convertible toe straps are not quite up there with Burton’s cap Strap and the likes but it’s still 57 times better than regular ones in my opinion.
Keep the new stuff coming Broaders! Great coverage.
