Yes that’s right! This week-end non less than three TTR 3*** contests are happening in Europe: the Hemsedal Nordic Open,  in Norway, the Absolut Spring Park Battle in Flachau (Austria) and the Grandvalira Total Fight in Andorra! Pick your favorite event and stay tuned!

Staged at the infamous Hemsedal Park, one of Europe’s premier snowparks, shaped by Lars Eriksen, the Hemsedal Nordic Open Park Attack 07 brings together the cream of Norwegian riders in one of the last Scandinavian snowboard events of the season. Up to 60 men and 10 women will ride the Slopestyle contest split over two days – Saturday being qualifications and Sunday the ultimate Finals.

In Austria, the Absolut Park Spring Battle qualifications and finals are scheduled to take place on Saturday 31st March, as an invited group of male riders join the qualifiers from Austrian ‘friends’ events’ and the open amateurs’ heats. The Slopestyle set-up consists of kicker, wallride, slide-box and surprise end obstacle.

Top name riders support a strong local contingent including Andreas ‘Mone’ Monsberger (AUT) and Friedl Kolar (AUT); Scandinavian talent Staale Sandbeck (NOR), Aleksi Vanninen (FIN) & Danny Larsen (NOR); Polish brothers Michal & Mateusz Ligocki (POL), Belgian’s Seppe Smits (BEL), Germany’s Lars Oesterle (GER) & Eastern European Tadej Valentan (SLO).

Finally, located in the Stadium Park of Grandvalira, the 3rd edition of the Grandvalira Total Fight: Masters of Freestyle gets ready to welcome 30 invitational riders plus up to 70 qualifiers to a Slopestyle/Big Air mixed format. With qualifiers and expression session Finals taking place Saturday 31st March.
Iker Fernandez (SPA), Daniel Sastre (SPA), Marc Salas (SPA), Facundo Huarriz (ARG), & brothers Fran & Nico Natalucci (ARG) are amongst the Spanish-speaking riders present. Top European and international names include Martin Cernik (CZE), Pacome Allouis (FRA), Rudi Kroell (AUT), Jaakko Ruha (FIN), Davide & Gian Luca Buvoli (SUI), Nicky Wieveg (SWE) & Quentin Robbins (NZE).
